The evolution of the payment services market is accelerating at a rapid pace, on one hand it is driven by the continuous technological innovations, on the other by the significant legislative changes under way (new Directive 2015/2366/EU, known as PSD2).

In this context it comes up that the enhancement of collaborative infrastructures can be the keystone to anticipate and transform the challenges of the PSD2 into opportunities. Intesa Sanpaolo as well as Isybank,  Fideuram and Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking in this direction joined the CBI Globe - Global Open Banking Ecosystem, a collaborative platform that facilitate interconnection between Banks and Third Parties through APIs. The dedicated interface of Intesa Sanpaolo, Isybank, Fideuram and Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, exposed through CBI Globe, is exempt from the obligation to set up the contingency mechanism required by the art. 33 (4) of the delegated regulation (UE) 2018/389, according to the provision of Bank of Italy on 04/09 prot. N° 1050468/19.
